1. Nature of This Site

Velvet Route Travel is a fictional brand created solely for the purpose of demonstrating a premium travel and transportation website architecture. This site is intended to be opened and reviewed locally on a single machine. It has not been deployed to a public server, is not indexed by search engines (see the noindex, nofollow meta tags present on every page), and is not connected to any backend system, database, payment processor, or external API.

Nothing on this site constitutes a real offer of services, a real business relationship, or a real communication channel. Any resemblance to a real company, person, address, or event is coincidental and unintentional.

2. No Real Services Offered

This site does not offer, sell, or facilitate any real transportation services, travel packages, advisory relationships, or employment opportunities. The services described — including corporate transportation, airport transfers, resort evening trips, wedding shuttles, and all other offerings — are fictional descriptions included to populate the site architecture with representative content.

No booking made through this site would result in a real vehicle, a real driver, or a real trip of any kind. No application submitted through the Apply page would result in a real employment or contractor engagement. No inquiry submitted through the Contact page would be received by any real person.

3. Forms and Data

All form elements on this site — including the Contact form and the Apply form — are non-functional prototype elements. They do not transmit data to any server. Submitting a form produces only a local JavaScript message confirming that the form is a prototype. No information entered into any form field is retained, stored, or accessible after the browser session ends.

4. Fictional Content

All content on this site — including company descriptions, service listings, testimonials, team member references, client stories, advisor program details, and editorial content — is original fictional content created for this prototype. It has not been copied from any real website, publication, or organization. It should not be interpreted as factual information about any real entity.

Statistics cited on this site — including client counts, satisfaction rates, and team size figures — are fictional numbers used to populate the prototype's design elements. They do not reflect real operational data.

5. Images

Images used on this site are either AI-generated fictional images stored locally or CSS gradient placeholders displayed in the absence of local image files. No real photographs of real people, real vehicles with visible brand markings, real landmarks, or real business properties are intentionally included. Any similarity to real imagery is unintentional.

6. Intellectual Property

The design, structure, CSS, JavaScript, and written content of this prototype were created originally for this project. The fictional brand name "Velvet Route Travel" is not a registered trademark and is used solely within this local prototype for structural demonstration purposes.

7. Permitted Use

This prototype is intended for local review of UI design patterns and site architecture. It may be opened locally in a browser, evaluated for design quality, and used as a structural reference. It should not be deployed to a public server, submitted to search engines, used in advertising, used to solicit clients, or presented as a real business in any context.

8. Limitation of Liability

Because this site is a non-functional fictional prototype with no real services, no real data collection, and no real business operations, there is no liability associated with its use for the intended purpose of local design review. Users who access this prototype for purposes other than design review do so at their own risk and without any representation of warranty from the prototype's creator.
