This website is a fictional local prototype created for UI and architecture analysis. It is not a live website, it is not publicly deployed, and it does not represent a real company. No data submitted through any form on this site is collected, stored, transmitted, or processed in any way. Forms do not submit to any server. There are no analytics, tracking scripts, cookies, or third-party integrations of any kind.

1. About This Document

This Privacy Policy describes how Velvet Route Travel — a fictional company used solely for local design and architecture review — would approach the collection and handling of personal information in the context of a real deployment. Because this site is a local prototype, the policies described below are hypothetical and for structural reference only.

No real personal data is collected. No real services are provided. This document is included as part of the prototype architecture to demonstrate how a complete privacy policy would appear within this site structure.

2. Information This Site Does Not Collect

Because this is a non-functional local prototype, the following types of data are not collected at any point:

Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any contact information submitted through forms
IP addresses or device identifiers
Browser type, operating system, or screen resolution data
Pages visited, session duration, or click-path data
Location data of any kind
Cookies or persistent local storage values associated with user identity

3. Forms on This Site

This prototype includes visual form elements on the Contact page and the Apply page. These forms are non-functional. Submitting any form on this site results only in a local JavaScript confirmation message that reads: "This prototype form does not send data." No data entered into any form field is transmitted, stored, or accessible outside of the local browser session.

4. Third-Party Services

This site does not use any third-party services, analytics platforms, advertising networks, tracking pixels, embedded social media widgets, or external API calls at runtime. No data of any kind is shared with any third party because no data is collected.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

This site does not set any cookies. It does not use browser local storage or session storage for user identification purposes. The only JavaScript on this site is a minimal inline script that handles mobile menu toggling, active navigation link highlighting, and the prototype form response message. None of this code collects or stores any user data.

6. Images and External Resources

All images referenced by this site are intended to be stored locally in the /assets/images/ directory. The site is designed to operate entirely offline and does not request any resources from external servers at runtime. In the event that an image file is not present locally, the site displays a CSS gradient placeholder instead.

7. Children's Privacy

This site is a non-functional fictional prototype. It is not directed at any age group and does not interact with users in any meaningful way. No data from children or any other group is collected.

8. Changes to This Policy

As a local prototype for design review purposes, this document will not be updated in response to real-world regulatory changes. Any changes to the prototype's structure would be reflected in a revised version of this document within the same local file.
