The Partnership Concept
Our creator partnerships are not transactional. We do not pay for posts or arrange scripted promotional content. Instead, we work with creators whose audiences are naturally interested in premium travel, thoughtful itineraries, and the kind of group journeys that are worth documenting because they are worth taking.
The arrangement is simple: we provide a premium transportation experience, the creator documents the journey authentically, and both parties gain something genuine from it. We gain exposure through the lens of someone who actually experienced what we offer. The creator gains access to a service and an itinerary that is worth sharing with their audience.
Every collaboration is planned in advance and confirmed in writing, with clear expectations on both sides. We do not make demands about caption language or posting frequency. We do ask that any content is accurate, is published with appropriate editorial disclosure, and reflects the actual experience — not a polished version of something that did not happen.

Relevant Audience
Your audience should be genuinely interested in travel, group experiences, regional exploration, or premium lifestyle content. We are not looking for general lifestyle creators whose travel content is incidental — we are looking for creators whose travel documentation is a real part of what they do.
Pennsylvania or Northeast Focus
Our service area is Pennsylvania and nearby Northeast destinations. We collaborate best with creators who already document this region, or who have a clear reason to feature it that aligns with their audience's geography and interests.
Editorial Integrity
We require honest documentation. If something about the experience is worth noting — positively or as an observation — we prefer it be included. Our reputation is built on reality, not curation. Partnerships that produce unrealistically perfect content do not serve us or your audience well.
Group Travel Context
Our services are group-oriented by nature. Collaborations work best when the creator is documenting a genuine group experience — a weekend with friends, a family gathering, a small event — rather than a solo journey framed as a group one.
Disclosure Compliance
All content produced from a Velvet Route collaboration must include appropriate editorial disclosure indicating the partnership nature of the trip. This is a non-negotiable condition of every collaboration. We are not interested in arrangements that obscure the commercial relationship.
Advance Planning Commitment
Collaborations require planning. We ask for a minimum of three weeks lead time before a confirmed travel date, and we request that creators confirm itinerary details and expected output format before the booking is finalized. Last-minute requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Weekend Group Itinerary
A creator documents a two-day group trip — airport arrivals, a regional destination, dining, and return travel — from a group travel planning and execution perspective. Content might cover itinerary building, what the experience looks like from inside a premium shuttle, and how group logistics actually work.
Resort Evening Feature
A creator joins a Velvet Route resort evening trip and documents the end-to-end experience — from pickup through the evening activities and the return ride. Content focus could be on the value of having logistics handled, or on the atmosphere and comfort of premium group travel in the Northeast.
City Exploration Series
A creator uses a private city tour vehicle to document a curated day in Philadelphia or Pittsburgh — neighborhoods, dining stops, cultural locations — from the perspective of how thoughtful transportation changes the experience of exploring an unfamiliar city with a group.
